What We Do for San Tan Valley Homeowners

Something we do a lot of in San Tan Valley is carrying a material through more than one space. The slab that tops a kitchen island can come back as a matching vanity, a laundry counter, or a full slab fireplace surround, and because we select the material from the same lot, the veining actually matches instead of just coming close. It's the kind of thing that's easy to do while the project is open and expensive to add later.

In the kitchen that means the whole sequence: Mark measures the space and designs the cabinetry layout, then templates the countertops and lays the templates out on the actual slabs to plan seams, veining, and how the material flows through the room before fabrication. Once the materials are ready, we remove the existing countertops and cabinets, prepare the space, set semi-custom Kemper cabinetry, and finish with tile. Waterfall edges, mitered corners, and vein-matched full-height backsplashes are all part of what we do, not upcharges added later.

Bathrooms get the same approach at a smaller scale: single or dual-sink vanities with cabinetry built to the room. Tile backsplashes run from simple subway to herringbone, arabesque, patterned layouts, and full accent walls, and we also do countertops for outdoor kitchens and barbecue areas. Most San Tan Valley homes went up in the 2000s in subdivisions like Johnson Ranch and Circle Cross Ranch, so more often than not we're replacing original builder finishes rather than gutting a much older house. Our Countertops & Cabinetry page covers the decisions; Our Process covers the sequence; Our Work has more finished projects.
